Travis Augustine for Skate Farm

Travis Augustine is a Klamath Falls local.  I think the first time I met him was back in 2005, I think.  He and Cody Lockwood were ripping the Klamath park at the ripe old age of 14 or 15, or something.  Anyway, it's funny how things come full circle.  Travis and I had planned on filming some street skating around Klamath on Easter day.  We probably filmed for 20 minutes before he tweaked his foot and couldn't skate anymore that day.  This is what we were able to scrounge together.  Travis is an all around great skateboarder.  He skates everything and kills it.  We're proud to have him as the first Skate Farm rider.  He is also now on flow from Merde Skateboards.  Looking forward to seeing good things from this kid.  Way to go Travis.  We'll get more footage next time.  Just pace yourself.

Welcome To Skate Farm Skateboards

So here's the deal,  my family and I are moving to Klamath Falls, Oregon in the next 3 months, or so.  You may wonder why.  Well, my wife and I both grew up there and have been thinking about moving back for some time, in order to take advantage of the great weather and to raise our kids in a smaller town.   Anyway, Klamath still has people skating and the park is no longer being monitored.  There is a boardsports shop in town that has been serving the needs of local skaters, which is great.  However, the main goal of Skate Farm will be to sell skateboard only products to Southern Oregon skaters at an affordable, low price.  Right now this will be accomplished through an online store (SEE "SHOP" ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE), which will eventually be turned into a small retail space.  Our inventory will consist mainly of Oregon based brands (Bacon Skateboards, Merde Skateboards, Cold War Skateboards, Tribute Skateboards, Lifeblood Skateboards, Coda Skateboards), which are distributed through our friends at Unheard Skate Supply in Portland, Oregon.  As the shop becomes more established, more brands will be brought in. We will have a small shop team and our goal will be to promote skating throughout  the region with events (i.e. BBQs, jams, contests, art shows, etc...)  Our attitude will be based on inclusion, not exclusion, of all that want to partake in one of the greatest activities known to man...SKATEBOARDING.  GROW SKATEBOARDING!
